Sidewalk Starter

The Sidewalk Starter is a fully equipped, self-contained hot dog cart built to help you launch and operate efficiently from day one. Its compact design includes a built-in storage rack, commercial cooking system, four-compartment sink setup, and complete hot-water system.

Dual cast-aluminum burners deliver up to 60,000 BTUs, giving you the power to serve customers quickly during busy periods. The flexible steam-table configuration can hold hot dogs, buns, chili, cheese, sauerkraut, and other toppings using the included NSF-certified pans and lids.

The onboard water system includes a dedicated handwashing sink plus three additional sinks for washing, rinsing, and sanitizing. A SEAFLO on-demand pump provides instant water pressure, while the propane-powered ECOTEMP water heater delivers hot water up to 150°F. Fresh water is stored in a 5-gallon NSF tank and collected in a separate 10-gallon wastewater tank.

The cart is mounted on a heavy-duty, welded trailer with leaf-spring suspension for safe highway towing and years of dependable use.
