The Street Boss

The Street Boss is built for vendors who want to serve more than just hot dogs. Its versatile steam-table system can handle tacos, burritos, sausages, chili, toppings, sides, and a wide variety of catering menus. With a complete onboard water system and commercial-grade cooking equipment, it is designed to support a self-contained mobile food operation wherever local regulations allow.

Powerful Cooking System

The double cast-aluminum burner system produces a combined 60,000 BTUs, giving you the heat and recovery needed to serve customers quickly.

Two full-size stainless steel water pans create a flexible steam table that accommodates multiple food-pan configurations. Every included pan and lid is NSF marked.

The standard pan package includes:

  • Two stainless steel spillage pans: 20.75" L × 12.75" W × 6.25" D

  • Four 1/4-size food pans with lids: 10.38" L × 6.38" W × 4" D

  • One 1/3-size food pan with lid: 12.81" L × 6.94" W × 4" D

  • Four 1/6-size food pans with lids: 6.88" L × 6.25" W × 4" D

  • Four 1/9-size food pans with lids: 6.75" L × 4.25" W × 4" D

Complete Water and Sink System

The Street Boss includes a pressurized hot-water system designed to support handwashing and ware washing directly from the cart.

The system includes:

  • One handwashing sink: 12.81" L × 6.94" W × 6" D

  • Three additional sinks for washing, rinsing, and sanitizing: 12.75" L × 10.38" W × 6" D

  • Two-inch stainless steel drains

  • SEAFLO on-demand water pump

  • Eccotemp L5 propane-powered water heater

  • Water temperatures up to 150°F

  • Five-gallon NSF fresh-water tank

  • Ten-gallon NSF wastewater tank

  • Sealed plumbing system

  • Easy-access fill and drain valves

Heavy-Duty Trailer Construction

The cart is built on a highway-ready, heavy-duty welded trailer frame for strength, stability, and years of dependable use. Its leaf-spring suspension system is designed for safe towing at freeway speeds.
