Partner with Hot Dog Cart HQ

I'm building the brand.
Let's build the business.

I'm looking for an experienced business partner who has successfully grown a company and brings capital, or reliable access to it, to help build our own line of hot dog carts and trailers.

I bring the audience, content, branding, and marketing. Together, we'll build the production and business behind it.

Our first step: one demo cart, one demo trailer, and a focused winter getting them ready to sell.

Let's Talk Partnership

Utah preferred. Experience growing a business essential.

Vern's Hot Dogs branded cart, canopy, and table covers set up at an event

The first bundle post got people talking.

I soft launched a custom hot dog cart bundle starting around $6,000 with a single post. More than 200 comments came in asking for information through the "BUNDLE" keyword.

Interested people answer a few questions, receive an email, and can reply directly to me when they want to talk.

That's early interest. The next step is to turn it into a product we can confidently build, sell, and deliver.

Why hot dogs?

A small start. A business of their own.

For someone who wants to get into the food business, a restaurant lease, a large staff, or an expensive food truck can put the dream out of reach.

A hot dog cart offers a simpler starting point. A focused menu. A compact setup. Something an owner-operator can start small and grow at their own pace.

Weekend events. Private parties. Company lunches. Local vending spots. Different ways to build a business around their goals.

They'll still need permits, customers, and a plan. We can make getting started easier with the right equipment, professional branding, and practical guidance.

That's what we're building with Hot Dog Cart HQ.

A complete branded setup. An approachable starting price.

Someone starting a hot dog business needs more than a cart. They need a setup that looks professional and feels like their own business from day one.

Our bundle brings the cart, pop-up canopy, umbrella, and table cover together, customized with the customer's branding.

I see an opportunity to build a recognizable brand around well-designed equipment, coordinated branding, practical guidance, and a straightforward buying experience.

Bin Blasters: from one trailer in 2019 to a brand with 40+ locations

I've built a business by showing up, doing the work, and sharing it.

I'm Casey Evertsen. Most people following this journey know me as Vern.

I started Bin Blasters in 2019 with one trailer and grew it into a brand with more than 40 locations. Along the way, I learned how to turn hands-on work, thousands of videos, and a recognizable brand into business growth.

I started Vern's Hot Dogs in April to get inside this industry and learn it firsthand. I've worked vending spots, catered events, tested equipment, and invested my own time and money into understanding what operators need.

That experience is shaping Hot Dog Cart HQ.

My strongest contribution is the creative and marketing side: developing the products, building the brands, creating content, and getting them in front of the right people. I want a partner whose strengths complement that.

You've grown a business. You know what it takes.

I'm looking for someone with a track record of building and growing a company, plus the capital or reliable funding access to help establish production.

You might want to lead the business side yourself. You might prefer to help fund and structure it, then put the right operator in place.

Either way, we need clear ownership of production, finances, systems, and execution.

What I bring

  • The Hot Dog Cart HQ and Vern's brands
  • An established audience and the ability to grow it
  • Content creation that builds trust and generates interest
  • Creative direction for products, branding, and the customer experience
  • Hands-on experience that informs equipment design and customer needs
  • Experience turning an idea into a recognizable business

What you bring

  • A proven history of successfully growing a business
  • Capital, or reliable access to capital, to help fund the initial builds and production setup
  • Operational and financial discipline
  • The ability to build a team or put the right operator in place
  • A practical approach to manufacturing, fulfillment, and growth
  • The time and commitment to build this together

My focus is the creative and marketing side: developing products, building the brands, creating content, and attracting customers. I'm looking for a partner who can turn that interest into a well-run business through sales, production, finances, and team leadership.

Being in Utah, or able to spend meaningful time here, is a major advantage. The exact roles, capital commitment, and ownership structure will depend on fit and be discussed privately.

One demo cart. One demo trailer. A solid foundation.

We have a useful window this winter to get the products and production right while continuing to grow the audience.

  1. Build the demos

Develop one demo cart and one demo trailer. Work through layout, equipment, branding, and real-world usability.

  2. Establish production

Validate material and labor costs, choose fabrication partners, set quality standards, and establish realistic build capacity and lead times.

  3. Document the process

Film the builds, show the decisions, demonstrate the equipment, and keep learning what prospective buyers want.

  4. Begin taking deposits

Once specifications, pricing, and delivery expectations are established, begin taking deposits and scheduling the first customer builds.

The first milestone is a product we're proud to sell and a repeatable way to deliver it.

Start focused. Build from there.

The immediate priority is carts, trailers, and the branded gear that completes the setup.

As we prove the products and establish reliable production, we can expand into training, additional equipment, and eventually a Utah location where customers can see the products and learn how to use them.

A broader dealer network is a longer-term possibility. We'll let customer demand, production capacity, and business performance guide that expansion.

Interested in building this with me?

Tell me what you've built, what you'd bring, and how you'd want to be involved. I read every application personally.

If there's a fit, we'll have a conversation, compare goals, and dig into the initial builds, numbers, and working relationship.

I'll review your information and reach out if there appears to be a fit.
