Spoon Notch or No Spoon Notch?

Every lid is flat, hinged, 16-gauge stainless steel with a black knob. The only choice is whether it has a spoon notch.

Spoon Notch

A rounded cutout near the corner lets a serving spoon or ladle handle stay in the pan while the lid is closed.

Good fit for: chili, sauerkraut, onions, relish, and other toppings you serve with a spoon or ladle.

No Spoon Notch

No cutout, so the lid closes fully and keeps the pan completely covered.

Good fit for: toppings you serve with tongs or a separate utensil, and pans you want fully covered between orders.

When will my order ship?

We're dialing in production, perfecting our samples and will begin shipping orders in the next few days. You pay at checkout to lock in your pre-order.

Is this just a replacement lid?

No. Each order is a complete stainless steel pan with the hinged lid already attached.

Will it fit my steam table?

The pans use standard fractional sizing, so they drop into steam table openings built for standard 1/6, 1/4, 1/3, and 1/2 pans.

Should I get 4" or 6" deep?

Same price either way. 6" deep pans hold more. 4" deep pans are shallower, handy for toppings you refill often. If you are matching pans you already use, pick the same depth.

How much is shipping?

FREE on US orders placed before November 1, no minimum.

Can I pay over time?

Yes. Orders of $50 or more can be split into 4 interest-free payments with Shop Pay Installments. Choose Shop Pay at checkout to see your options. Subject to approval.
